Requirements
- Bank Credit Card (Physical and with an available balance of $3,000,000 to be blocked as collateral)
- Presentation of ID card or Passport
- Valid Driver’s License (Physical)
- Over 21 years old
Payment methods
Pay online through www.aliusrentacar.com with MercadoPago or PayPal!
Payment methods: the price published on our website is for payment 100% by credit or debit card through MercadoPago, PayPal or bank transfer.
At your destination, you can pay in cash, debit, bank transfer or credit card in one payment ( Only reservations via WhatsApp ).
Pick-up and return locations
At Bariloche Airport between 8am and 8pm free of charge.
At our office located at Avenida Diagonal Capraro 1362, between 8 am and 8 pm, free of charge. 15-minute grace period.
Additional charge of $50,000 for after-hours flights. In cases of flight delays, you must be notified as soon as possible and, if applicable, an after-hours charge will be applied.-
- Age: The driver(s) must be over 21 years old and have a valid driver’s license and present ID or Passport.
- Mileage: FREE
- Fuel tank policy: Full/full; or be returned in the same condition as delivered. – Each 1/4 tank missing will incur a charge of $25,000.
Permit to cross into Chile with additional cost
Please request it in advance so we can provide you with a vehicle authorized to leave Argentina.
Requirements for a permit to enter Chile:
- Send driver’s license and travel document via WhatsApp in advance.
- Exit permit to Chile $150,000.-
- Snow covers during the winter season: At an additional cost. Subject to availability. Includes chains during the winter season (May 15 to September 15).
Insurance
Basic insurance, which is included in the rental rate, is a basic insurance with civil liability and third-party liability with a deductible of $3,000,000.
Additional Insurance::- PREMIUM INSURANCE: Civil liability, against third parties, covers locks, glass and covers at 100% with a deductible of $1,500,000. Daily cost: $21,000.
- TOTAL INSURANCE: Covers 100% of any damage the vehicle may have, with a deductible of $800,000 (for parking lot towing).
NOT ALL INSURANCE POLICIES COVER IN CASES OF NEGLIGENCE OR ALCOHOLISM.
FRANCHISE VALUES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE OR UPDATES WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY
We require a backup credit card TO LOCK A GUARANTEE OF $3,000,000, for ALL categories.
Considerations to keep in mind regarding pre-authorizations: the average release time is 24 to 72 business hours. IT COULD BE EXTENDED UP TO 15 TO 20 BUSINESS DAYS DEPENDING ON THE CARD ISSUING BANK.
To avoid delays in release, we recommend MasterCard and Visa for this transaction.

- Child seat and booster seat free of charge.
- Exit permit to Chile $150,000.- includes chains in winter season (May 15 to September 15).
- Chains: $80,000 in case of use. (May 15 to September 15)
- Snow covers $80,000 one time only (May 15 to September 15).
Cancellation policy
Cancellations made up to 1 day before the start of the reserved rental will result in a full refund.
If you cancel on the same day as the reservation, the amount paid for the rental will not be refunded.
In cases where the vehicle cannot be delivered due to insufficient funds to carry out the pre-authorization of the guarantee, the rental is cancelled.
In cases of cancellation or last-minute rescheduling due to weather conditions or other circumstances, it will be coordinated again.
