Excellent service and attention, the car was in very good condition with low mileage. I made the reservation two months in advance and they never asked for a deposit, which other companies do. They were always available for pick-up and drop-off. We had a change in our return flight schedule and they had no problem changing the drop-off time, nor did they charge us anything for it. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend renting from Franco at Alius. Great service and reliable vehicle. After reading many bad reviews on other rental companies specifically in Bariloche, I was very happy to find Alius. Communication via e-mail prior to pick-up was excellent and they took care of the paperwork to cross the border into Chile.
