Excellent service and attention, the car was in very good condition with low mileage. I made the reservation two months in advance and they never asked for a deposit, which other companies do. They were always available for pick-up and drop-off. We had a change in our return flight schedule and they had no problem changing the drop-off time, nor did they charge us anything for it. Highly recommended.

We had a great experience with them. Good communication, fair prices, good cars. They explained everything thoroughly. They also give extra information and tips regarding how everything works in Bariloche. We were very happy with their service.

Great service by Facundo by team. The whole process from getting the car at the airport and leaving it was very thoroughly explained, and the car they gave was also in pristine condition. Highly recommend them for any rentals!

Great experience using this company. All communication through What's App and pick-up/drop-off went smoothly. There was a small additional charge for early morning drop at the airport but very reasonable. Can easily recommend.

I highly recommend renting from Franco at Alius. Great service and reliable vehicle. After reading many bad reviews on other rental companies specifically in Bariloche, I was very happy to find Alius. Communication via e-mail prior to pick-up was excellent and they took care of the paperwork to cross the border into Chile. Franco met me at the airport to finalize paperwork and hand over the vehicle. He also met us again at the airport upon return. A breeze. Thank you.
